Memory loss is sometimes normal, but when you or your relative begins to have difficulty with some of their normal daily activities, your whole family can be disrupted. The Good Shepherd Memory Center offers hope for your family. We have a group of board certified specialists to diagnose and treat memory disorders.
Memory loss can have many causes. Alzheimer’s, dementia, strokes normal pressure hydrocephalus, thyroid disease, brain tumors and other disorders can cause problems with memory. You should not assume your loved one has untreatable dementia without a complete work up. The Good Shepherd Memory Center offers state-of-the-art scans, comprehensive neuropsychological testing and full laboratory analysis to determine the causes of memory loss.
Through the Good Shepherd Institute for Healthy Living, we also offer classes to improve memory.
